The internal earpiece iPhone 15 (US version) is the small speaker placed above the screen, on the ear side. It carries the voice during a phone call. A compatible replacement part restores clear listening when the sound is faint, muffled or absent during calls.

Before you start, switch off the device, disconnect the battery where the instructions call for it, and work on a clean, dry surface. Avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface.
