Description
This screen is intended for the A5 smartphone, model A520 released in 2017. It combines the display panel and the touch layer: it shows the images and responds to your finger. It is used to replace a cracked or broken screen, partial display, lines or spots, or a touch that no longer responds properly.
The part is original: it is a screen from the manufacturer or an official Service Pack part, whose display and battery life are identical to new. Before starting, switch off the device and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables. Work on a clean, flat surface, open the edge with a plastic tool without forcing it, and discharge static electricity by touching a metal earth.
After fitting, check the display, brightness, touch across the whole surface and the proximity sensor before closing up. If the battery is swollen, stop using it, never puncture it and do not bend it. Avoid excessive heat during the repair.
