Description
This compatible screen replaces the damaged touch glass and display of your Alcatel Shine Lite. It helps you recover a clear image and a responsive touch surface when the current part is cracked, scratched, dark in places or no longer responds to touch. This is a part made by a third party, designed to fit the model indicated.
Before fitting, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean, flat surface with tools suited to small screws. Avoid static electricity by regularly touching an earthed metal surface, and handle the ribbon cable carefully so that you do not bend or tear it. Never pierce or bend the battery, and do not use a device whose battery is swollen.
After replacement, check the brightness, colours, the touch area across the whole surface and the camera before closing the casing completely. If the battery was disconnected, recharge the phone and watch its behaviour over a few full charge cycles to make sure it remains stable.
