Description
This compatible screen replaces the touch panel and display of your Asus ZenFone 3. It is a part made by a third party, designed to fit the model indicated. It serves to restore the display when the glass is cracked, the image is distorted, areas no longer respond to touch, or the screen stays black.
Before you begin, switch off the phone and disconnect the battery if your disassembly allows it. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and use suitable tools so as not to scratch the chassis. Ribbon cables are fragile: disconnect them carefully, without forcing. Once the current part is removed, compare the connectors before fitting the new one.
After assembly, check the display, brightness and touch response across the whole surface before fully closing the phone. Never puncture or bend the lithium battery. If a battery appears swollen, stop using it.
