Description
This compatible screen replaces the touch glass and LCD display of a Xiaomi Mi 9T. It is a third-party part designed to fit the Mi 9T model. It is used to restore the display when it is cracked, black, discoloured or no longer responds to touch. It also helps to remedy lines or spots visible on the screen.
Before you start, switch off the phone completely and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables. Work on a clean, flat surface, with a suitable opening tool and a tray to keep the small screws in. Avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface before touching the components.
After assembly, check the touch function, brightness, colours and screen edges before closing the casing. If your device's battery has swollen, stop using it and do not puncture or bend it. For normal use, let the device go through a few full charge cycles to check that everything works properly.
