Description
This compatible screen replaces the touch glass and display panel of the Xiaomi Mi Max 3. It restores a sharp image and a responsive touch surface when the current part is cracked, scratched, or no longer responds correctly to touch. A faulty panel can also cause black areas, lines or abnormal colours, and this is often a sign that a replacement is needed.
This is a third-party part, known as compatible, and not a brand-original part. Before fitting, switch the device off completely, remove the battery if the procedure requires it, and work on a clean, well-lit surface. Keep the small screws in a dedicated compartment so they are not lost. Moderate heat is enough to soften the adhesive around the edge; avoid any excess that could damage neighbouring components.
Once the ribbon cables are reconnected and the device is powered on, check the touch across the whole surface, the brightness, the colours and the absence of dead zones before closing the phone for good. Protect the cables from static electricity and never force a connector.
