Description
This compatible screen replaces the damaged display panel of the BlackBerry KEYone. It restores a sharp image and responsive touch when the glass or screen is cracked, stained or no longer responding correctly. This is a third-party manufactured part, designed to fit the KEYone model.
Before you begin, power the phone off completely and disconnect the battery before handling any ribbon cables. Work on a clean, flat surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, to protect the components from static electricity. Use suitable tools and avoid forcing the fine connectors. Do not overheat the device when removing the glass.
After fitting, check the display, brightness and touch across the entire surface before closing the casing completely. If the battery was disconnected, reconnect it carefully and carry out a few full charge cycles so the system can stabilise. A swollen or damaged battery must never be used.
