Description
This replacement screen is designed for the CAT S75. It is used to replace a cracked, scratched or faulty display: black areas, touch no longer responding, abnormal lines or colours. It is a compatible premium part, made by a high-end third-party manufacturer with an OLED panel, for a display close to that of the current part.
Before fitting, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if the procedure for this model requires it. Work on a clean, dry surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and use suitable tools so as not to damage the ribbon cables or connectors. Gently warm the edges of the glass with a heat gun on a moderate setting to make it easier to lift.
After reassembly, check the display, brightness, touch across the whole surface and the response of the sensors before closing the casing for good. If the battery is swollen, do not use it, do not puncture it, and never bend it.
