Description
This compatible replacement screen for iPhone 16e replaces the part of the device that displays images and receives your touch gestures on the touch glass. It is used to repair a cracked or broken screen, or a display that has become incomplete, with black areas, altered colours or irregular touch response. This is a third-party part, offered as an economical solution to repair your device.
Before you start, switch off the smartphone completely and disconnect the battery when the procedure requires it, to avoid any short circuit. Work on a clean, flat surface with suitable tools, and avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface. The flex cables are fragile: handle them with care and never bend them. Warm the edges of the phone only if necessary, using moderate heat.
After assembly, check the display, brightness, touch response across the whole surface and the operation of the front face, such as the proximity sensor. If the battery was disconnected, reconnect it before refitting the screws. Keep in mind that a compatible part may show slight differences from the original.
