Description
This screen replaces the touch glass and display panel of the iPad 7 (2019). It restores the display and touch when the current screen is cracked, scratched, black or no longer responds properly. It is a compatible premium part, made by a high-end third-party manufacturer with an OLED panel, offering a display close to the original.
Before you start, switch the tablet off completely and disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables, to avoid any short circuit. Do not puncture, bend or apply any pressure to the lithium battery. If it is swollen, stop using the device and do not try to remove it. Work in a clean place, free of static electricity, with tools suited to avoid damaging the connectors.
After fitting, check touch across the whole surface, brightness, colours and that the sensors work correctly before permanently closing the device. Once reassembled, check that the tablet does not overheat abnormally while charging.
