Description
This compatible screen replaces the touch panel and display of your Galaxy A16 5G (A166, 2024 model). It is used to restore the image and touch responsiveness when the glass is cracked or the display shows black areas, lines or abnormal colours. Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables. Work on a clean, flat surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and warm the edges of the screen slightly to ease removal without overheating. Keep the screws in a precise order to avoid confusion when reassembling.
After fitting, check the display, touch across the whole surface and brightness before closing the casing for good. Once the phone is reassembled, charge it through several full cycles so the battery returns to stable operation. If the battery is swollen, do not use it and do not try to puncture or bend it.
