Description
This compatible screen is designed for the BlackBerry KEY2. It replaces the damaged panel of your phone when the display is cracked, black, streaked or the touchscreen is faulty. Once fitted, it restores the picture and the touch response of the device.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and avoid any contact with the connectors. Take the time to follow a reliable procedure and use suitable tools to open the casing without forcing it.
After fitting, check the brightness, the colours, the touch across the whole surface and that the ribbon cables are properly seated before closing up. Then refit the cover and check the operation again. If a fault persists, recheck the connections before carrying out any other work.
