Description
This compatible screen replaces the touch glass and display panel of the iPad 7 (2019) when they are cracked, scratched, showing no image or responding poorly to touch. It is a third-party part designed to fit the model indicated.
Before you start, switch the tablet off completely and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables. Work on a clean, flat surface with a small screwdriver and suitable suction cups. Gently warm the edges of the screen to soften the adhesive, without applying excessive heat. Avoid static electricity by touching a metal surface before handling the components.
After fitting, check the display, touch response and brightness across several areas of the screen before closing the tablet. If the battery was disconnected, reconnect it only after these checks. If the battery is swollen, stop using it and do not puncture or bend it.
