Description
This compatible screen replaces the current screen of your Nintendo 3DS when it is cracked, scratched, or no longer displays the image correctly. It is a screen made by a third party, designed to fit the Nintendo 3DS model. It restores the console's display for everyday use, whether for games, menus or navigating the settings.
Before you start, prepare a clean, well-lit workspace with small screwdrivers suited to the console's screws. Power off the console and disconnect it, then note the position of the screws and ribbon cables to make reassembly easier. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables, and avoid any contact with the connectors. Work on a non-conductive surface to limit the risks linked to static electricity.
Once assembly is complete, check the display before fully closing the console: check the brightness, the colours and the absence of dark areas or dead pixels. If the battery was disconnected, reconnect it and carry out a few full charge cycles to verify that everything works properly.
