Description
This compatible screen replaces the touch panel and display of your Huawei Mate 8, released in 2015. It helps you recover a sharp image and a responsive touch surface when the current part is cracked, broken, or no longer responds correctly to touch. It fixes the most common faults: broken screen, dead zones, frozen image, lines or spots on the screen.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and work on a clean surface free of static electricity, preferably on an anti-static mat. Use suitable tools and do not force anything. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables, and never puncture or bend the lithium battery. If it is swollen, do not try to use it again and stop using it.
After fitting, check the touch across the whole surface, the brightness, the colours and the connection of the ribbon cables before closing the device completely. Then carry out a few full charging cycles so the phone recalibrates properly.
