Description
This compatible screen replaces the touch panel and display of your Moto G3 (model XT1540, released in 2015) when the current part is cracked, no longer responds to touch, or shows black areas or lines. It is a third-party manufactured part, designed to fit this specific model.
Before you begin, switch the phone off completely and prepare a clean, well-lit workspace free of static electricity. Use suitable tools (precision screwdriver, suction cup, plastic spudger) so you do not scratch the chassis. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables, and never bend or puncture the lithium battery.
After fitting, check the touch function, brightness and camera before closing the phone up for good. If the battery has been disconnected, carry out a few full charge cycles so that everything stabilises. If the battery is swollen, stop using it.
