Description
This compatible screen replaces the current screen of a Nokia 2.1 when it is cracked, scratched, black or no longer responds to touch. It provides the display and the touch function of your phone. It is a part made by a third party, designed to be compatible with this model.
Before you start, switch off the phone completely and remove the battery if your disassembly allows it. Work on a clean surface, with a small suitable screwdriver and suction cups to lift the panel gently. Avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface before handling the ribbon cables.
After fitting, check the display, the brightness, the touch function across the whole surface and the camera function before closing the casing completely. Once the installation is finished, switch the phone back on and check that the screen remains stable. Always handle the battery with care: do not puncture it, do not bend it and do not use it if it is swollen.
