Description
This compatible screen replaces the current screen of the Nokia 5.1 when it is cracked, scratched or no longer responds to touch. It provides the display and touch detection, two essential functions in everyday use. It is a part made by a third party, offered as an economical solution to repair your phone.
Before starting, switch off the phone and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface, with a suitable screwdriver and a suction cup or a flat tool to gently separate the screen assembly. Use an anti-static strap or regularly touch an earthed metal surface to avoid electrostatic discharges, which can damage the components.
Once assembly is complete, check the display, the brightness, the touch function across the whole surface and the sensors near the screen before fully closing the device. If the battery is swollen, do not use it and do not puncture or bend it.
