Description
This replacement screen is designed for the Redmi Note 14 Pro. It is a compatible part, made by a high-end third-party manufacturer, with an OLED panel. Its rendering aims to be close to that of the current part, so the replacement is barely noticeable in use.
A screen displays the image and responds to touch. It is useful when the glass is cracked, when the panel shows spots or lines, or when the display no longer responds properly. Before starting, switch off the device, work on a clean surface and prepare small suitable tools. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables and avoid electrostatic discharge by touching a metal ground.
After fitting, check the operation before closing the casing completely: brightness, touch across the whole screen, proximity sensor and colours. Never pierce or bend a lithium battery; if it is swollen, stop using it. Once the device is closed, let it complete a few full charge cycles to check its stability.
