Description
This replacement screen is designed for the Redmi Note 8T. It is a compatible part, made by a high-end third-party manufacturer, with an OLED panel. Its display is meant to come close to that of the original part, for everyday use.
It is used to replace a cracked, broken or faulty screen: black areas, lines, altered colours or irregular touch response. After replacement, the screen regains a sharp display and a normal touch response, provided the fitting is done carefully.
Before starting, switch off the device and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables. Work on a clean surface, with suitable tools, and avoid excessive heat so as not to damage the battery. After fitting, check the display, brightness, touch and sensors, then let the device go through several full charging cycles.
