Description
This replacement screen is designed for the iPhone 12 Pro, references A2407, A2341, A2406 and A2408. It is an original part from the manufacturer, or an official “Service Pack” part. It is used to replace a cracked or broken screen, or a display that is faulty (black areas, irregular touch response, abnormal colours). Once fitted, it restores a display identical to that of a new device.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and prepare a clean, well-lit workspace free from static electricity. Use suitable tools, in particular suction cups, a plastic spudger and screwdrivers matching the device’s screws. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables to avoid any short circuit. Do not puncture, bend or overheat the lithium battery.
After reassembly, check the brightness, the touch response across the whole surface, Face ID recognition, and that the ringer and speaker work properly. If the battery is swollen, stop using the device. For a replacement battery, a few full charge cycles will then help optimise its performance.
