Description
This compatible screen replaces the touch panel and display of a OnePlus 8T. It is used to restore the image and touch response when the glass or panel is cracked, stained, or no longer responds correctly. It fixes the most common screen faults: black areas, lines, no image, or faulty touch.
Before fitting, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface, with a suitable tool to open the device without forcing it. Protect yourself from static electricity by avoiding touching the connectors. Never puncture or bend the lithium battery, and stop using the device if the battery is swollen. Keep a moderate temperature during the work.
After reassembly, check the display, brightness and touch response across the whole surface before closing the casing completely. If necessary, carry out a few full charge cycles so the device stabilises. Compare the result with the current part before drawing a conclusion.
