Description
This compatible screen replaces the touch panel and the display of the current part on a P30 (2019). It helps restore the display and touch response when the glass is cracked, the image is distorted, some areas no longer respond, or the display is missing.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible to limit electrostatic discharges. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables and remove it carefully, without bending or puncturing it. If the battery is swollen, do not use it and do not attempt to repair it. Warm the edge of the screen slightly to soften the adhesive, without applying excessive heat.
After fitting, check that everything works before closing the device completely: brightness, touch across the whole surface, and no unusual noise. For an installed or recharged battery, allow a few full charge cycles so the whole system stabilises.
