Description
This replacement screen is designed for the Google Pixel 8. It is a high-end third-party OLED screen, compatible with this model. Its display quality is close to that of the current screen, for a faithful rendering in everyday use.
It is used to replace a cracked, broken or faulty screen: black areas, lines, altered colours or irregular touch response. Once the part is fitted, the screen regains a sharp image and responsive touch, provided the ribbon cable and the proximity sensor are in good condition.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery before touching any ribbon cables. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and warm the edges of the screen gently to release the adhesive. After assembly, check the touch, brightness, sensors and camera before closing the device fully. If the old battery is swollen, stop using it and do not puncture it.
