Description
This compatible screen replaces the touch panel and display of your Google Pixel 9a. It is used to restore the image and touch when the current part is cracked, broken or no longer responds properly. It fixes the most common faults: shattered glass, black areas, display lines, distorted colours or faulty touch.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and prepare a clean, well-lit workspace. Warm the edges of the screen lightly with a hair dryer on a moderate setting to soften the adhesive, without overheating it. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables and work on an anti-static surface to avoid electrostatic discharge. Never puncture or bend the lithium battery, and do not use a device whose battery is swollen.
Once fitting is complete, reconnect the battery and check the display, touch across the whole surface, brightness and the proximity sensor before closing the casing. For the first few days, avoid extreme temperatures and check the charge regularly.
