Description
This compatible screen is designed to replace the damaged display of a 41 mm Apple Watch Series 2. It is an OLED module made by a high-end third-party manufacturer, designed to deliver a display close to that of the original part. It restores the display when the screen is cracked, shows black areas, lines or a frozen image.
Before you start, prepare a clean, well-lit workspace with precision tools suited to watches. Switch off the device and remove the battery with great care: never puncture or bend the lithium cell, and do not use a swollen battery. Avoid excessive heat when opening and protect sensitive components from static electricity. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables.
Once assembly is complete, check the display, touch responsiveness and the operation of the sensors. Let the device go through a few full charge cycles before prolonged use, then check the brightness and the absence of visible defects.
