Description
This compatible premium screen is designed for the Apple Watch Series 9 in the 45 mm size. It replaces the glass and OLED panel of the watch when the display is cracked, stained or no longer responds correctly to touch. Made by a high-end third-party manufacturer, it offers a result close to that of the current part, with colours and brightness that are pleasant in everyday use.
Before you start, switch off the watch and work on a clean, well-lit and uncluttered surface. Gently warm the edge of the screen with a hairdryer on a moderate heat setting to soften the adhesive, then lift it slowly using a suction cup and a flat tool. Disconnect the battery before handling any ribbon cables, and protect the components from static electricity. Never puncture or bend the lithium battery, and stop using the watch if it appears swollen.
After fitting, check touch across the whole surface, the brightness, the seal and that there is no dust under the glass. Then carry out a few full charge cycles so the assembly stabilises before normal use.
