Description
This screen is the touch glass with its display panel, to be replaced when it is cracked, broken, or when the image is missing, frozen, discoloured or stained. It is an original manufacturer part, or an official « Service Pack » part, intended for the Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus 5G model. Its display and battery life are identical to those of a new one.
Before starting, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables. Work on a clean, flat surface with suitable tools. Gently warm the edges of the glass with a hair dryer on moderate heat to soften the adhesive, without ever overheating the device. Avoid bending the ribbon cables and proceed carefully so as not to damage the connectors.
After fitting, check the touch across the whole surface, the brightness and the absence of dark spots before closing the phone. If the battery was disconnected, reconnect it and then carry out a few full charge cycles so the device regains stable operation. A swollen battery must never be used.
