Description
This screen is an original manufacturer part, or an official "Service Pack" part, designed for the Redmi Note 7. It replaces the touch panel and display when they are cracked, broken, or when the image shows black areas, lines, faulty brightness or irregular touch response. The part is supplied with display and battery performance identical to new.
Before fitting, switch off the phone and disconnect the battery before handling any ribbon cables, to avoid a short circuit. Work on a clean surface with suitable tools, and gently warm the screen edges with moderate heat to make separation easier. Do not puncture or bend the lithium battery, and do not use a swollen cell. Protect your components from static electricity.
Once the screen is refitted, check the display, brightness, touch across the whole surface and the proximity sensor before fully closing the casing. If the battery was disconnected, carry out a few full charge cycles so the device returns to stable operation.
