Description
This compatible screen replaces the touch panel and display of your Redmi Pad. It is used to restore the image and touch response when the glass is cracked, the screen is black, it has dead zones or stray lines. Made by a third party, it is an affordable solution to repair your tablet without spending more.
Before you start, switch off the tablet and unplug the charger. Work on a clean surface with suitable tools, and note the position of the screws and connectors. To avoid static electricity, regularly touch an earthed metal surface. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables, and never puncture, bend or heat it. If the battery is swollen, stop using it.
After fitting, check the display, brightness and touch response across the whole surface before closing the device completely. Then charge the tablet gradually and carry out a few full charge cycles to check stability. If a fault appears, stop and restart the fitting calmly.
