Description
This replacement screen is designed for the Series 5 watch in the 44 mm size. It is used to replace a damaged or cracked screen, one that no longer responds to touch or shows black or discoloured areas. It is a compatible premium part, made by a high-end third-party manufacturer with an OLED panel. Its display is close to that of the current screen.
Before you start, prepare a clean, well-lit workspace, with an anti-static mat if possible. Switch off the watch and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables. Use suitable tools to open the casing without scratching the glass or bending the connectors. Never puncture or bend the lithium battery, and stop using the device if the battery is swollen.
After fitting, check that touch works across the entire surface, as well as brightness and the absence of dead pixels. Recharge the watch gradually, without excessive heat, then let it complete several full charge cycles to stabilise the battery.

- Disconnect the battery before touching the screen ribbon cables.
- Work on an anti-static mat to avoid electrostatic discharge.
- Never puncture or bend the lithium battery.
- Do not use the watch if the battery is swollen.
