Description
This compatible screen replaces the current screen of your Stylo 3 when it is cracked, blacked out, or no longer responds to touch. It provides the display and touch surface of your device, the two functions you use most every day.
This is a third-party part of compatible quality: it is designed to fit the Stylo 3 and perform the same function as the original part, without claiming an identical finish. Before you start, switch the device off completely, discharge the battery as far as possible and work on a clean, flat surface. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables, and avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface.
After fitting, check the display, the brightness, the touch response across the whole surface and the proper working of facial recognition or the fingerprint sensor if your model has one. Make sure the connectors are properly clipped in before closing. If the battery is swollen, stop using it and do not puncture or bend it.
