Description
This compatible screen replaces the touch panel and the display of the current part on a Redmi Note 7. It is used to restore visibility and touch responsiveness when the screen is cracked, broken or no longer responding properly. It is manufactured by a third party and designed to fit the model indicated.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and prepare a clean, well-lit workspace with suitable tools. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables to avoid a short circuit. Protect the components against static electricity, for example by touching a grounded metal surface. Never puncture or bend the battery, and stop using a device whose battery is swollen.
After fitting, check the display operation, brightness, touch across the whole surface and the sensors. Switch the phone back on and check charging. Careful testing helps you quickly spot a faulty connection before you close the device.
