Description
This compatible screen replaces the touch panel and display of your Xperia L3 when they are cracked, scratched or no longer respond correctly to touch. It is used to restore the display and touch sensitivity of your smartphone for normal everyday use. It mainly addresses broken screen faults, black areas or visible lines, as well as partial touch problems.
Before you begin, switch the phone off completely and work on a clean, flat surface. Use a suitable tool to open the chassis without forcing it, and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables. Avoid static electricity by regularly touching an earthed metal surface. Never puncture or bend the lithium battery, and do not use a phone whose battery is swollen.
After fitting, check the display, brightness and touch across the entire surface before closing the phone completely. For a new or refitted battery, carry out a few full charge cycles for good stabilisation. A compatible part may show slight differences from the original part, so check colours and responsiveness.
