Description
This compatible screen replaces the damaged touch glass and display panel of a ZenFone Max. It restores the display and touch response when the panel is cracked, stained or no longer reacts properly.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and work on a clean, flat surface. Use a plastic opening tool and a suction cup to release the assembly without forcing it. Disconnect the battery before touching any ribbon cables, and protect your components from static electricity by avoiding synthetic carpets and clothing.
Once the fitting is complete, check the display, brightness and touch across the whole surface before closing the casing. If the heat given off during removal seems excessive, stop and let it cool. Keep the battery away from any impact or bending, and do not use the phone if the battery appears swollen.
