On the Moto E5 Play Go (XT1921 / 2018), it lets you hear clearly during calls. When it weakens or stops working, you often notice a muffled voice, a crackling sound, or no sound at all during a call.

Before you begin, switch the Moto E5 Play Go (XT1921 / 2018) off completely, then disconnect the battery if your model allows it.
