Description
The internal speaker, also called the earpiece, is the small part that plays your caller's voice during a phone call. On the OnePlus 3, it sits in the upper part of the device, near the screen. Title reference: A3000 / A3003.
This part fixes the most common earpiece faults: weak or distorted sound during calls, no sound on the ear side, or crackling. Before you start, switch the device off completely, remove the battery if the design allows it, and work on a clean surface. Avoid static electricity, which can damage components, and never force fragile connectors.
After fitting, check the function by making a test call and checking the volume. Reassemble the parts in the correct order and make sure the speaker is firmly secured to avoid vibrations. If the device has a battery problem or a swollen battery, do not use it and handle it with care.
