Description
This analogue joystick Nintendo Switch 2 is a replacement spare part for the joysticks and stick controls of the Nintendo Switch 2 device. It is a small module that sends the movements of the stick, up, down, left and right, to the motherboard. When worn, dirty or damaged, the cursor can drift, get stuck or stop responding properly, making some games and controls difficult to use.
This part is a compatible version, made by a third party. It lets you repair a faulty control at low cost without replacing the whole assembly. Before fitting, switch off the device, remove the battery and work on a clean, flat surface. Static electricity can damage components: touch an earthed metal object before handling the part. Do not bend the ribbon cables and do not force the connectors.
After refitting the joystick, check it works in every direction and test the neighbouring buttons. If the device overheats abnormally, stop immediately. If the battery is swollen, stop using it and never puncture it.
