Description

This kit contains the screws needed to reassemble certain parts of the iPhone 15 Pro. It is a compatible part, manufactured by a third party, and not a part supplied by the manufacturer. It is used to properly refit the chassis, front panel or internal components during a repair at home.

A poorly fitting or incorrectly tightened set of screws can cause play, creaking, a poorly closed housing or imperfect contact of some ribbon cables. Before you begin, place the removed screws in a precise order, for example on a magnetic mat, and photograph the position of each one. Work on a clean surface, using a screwdriver suited to the size of the head.

After assembly, check that each screw is correctly in place without being forced, then switch on the device to check its operation. Do not drill, bend or press on the lithium battery during the repair. If the battery is swollen, stop using it. Disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables, and avoid static electricity by discharging yourself on a metal surface beforehand.

• Check the screwdriver head size before removing each screw
• Keep the screws in the order of removal for a correct reassembly
• Do not overtighten, a damaged thread is difficult to repair
• Disconnect the battery before any work on the ribbon cables
• Check that the device works properly after assembly
