Description

This kit contains 100 black screws designed to fix the various internal and external components of an iPhone 16 Pro during a repair. They help you close the casing neatly and hold the logic board, battery, screen or flex cable firmly in place without play.

Before you start, prepare a clean, well-lit workspace with an anti-static mat and a screwdriver set suited to the small Pentalobe and Phillips screws. Sort the screws in a tray by position, noting where each one goes, as they are not all the same length. Disconnect the battery before handling the flex cables, and never puncture or bend a lithium battery; if it looks swollen, do not try to fit it back.

Once assembly is complete, check that each screw turns without forcing and that none protrude. Test the screen, touch response, charging and sensors before closing the device for good. Avoid overtightening, as a damaged thread makes future repairs more difficult.
