Description
This kit contains compatible screws for the iPhone 16e, in white. They are used to refit the internal components and the chassis of the device after a repair, for example when replacing the current screen or a worn battery. A screw that is loose or missing can let a component move, damage a ribbon cable or loosen the casing.
Before you start, prepare a clean, well-lit workspace, with an anti-static mat if possible to limit electrostatic discharges. Keep the screws in a small tray in the order you removed them, so you do not mix them up. Use a suitable screwdriver without forcing it, and disconnect the battery before touching any ribbon cables. Avoid bending or puncturing the lithium battery, and never use a swollen battery.
After reassembly, check that every screw is in place and that no parts move. Test the screen, buttons and connectors before fully closing the device. For a new battery, let a few full charge cycles run so that it settles in well.
