Description
The Relife RL-014A UV lamp is a repair tool for curing UV adhesive used in repairing screens and certain assemblies of smartphones, tablets and computers. It emits ultraviolet light that cures the adhesive in a few seconds, so that a screen or glass panel is held firmly once the adhesive has set.
According to the manufacturer, this tool is compatible with all models; it is a third-party product. It is therefore suitable for common repair and assembly work. Before use, work in a clean, well-lit area, protect your eyes with UV-rated safety glasses and avoid looking directly at the light source. Clean the surfaces to be bonded thoroughly to remove dust and fingerprints.
After curing, check that the part is securely fixed and that the adhesive has not spread onto the connectors. For the current part, remove the battery before handling the ribbon cables, and never puncture or bend a lithium battery. If a battery is swollen, do not attempt to use it.
