Description
This compatible screen replaces the touch panel and the display of the current part on a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime. It is used to restore the display and touch function when the screen is cracked, broken or no longer responds properly. It is manufactured by a third party and offered as a compatible solution for an economical repair.
Before you start, switch off the phone and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface, with a suitable screwdriver and plastic tools to separate the chassis without forcing it. Protect the electronic components against static electricity by avoiding touching the connectors. Handle the ribbon cable with care, as it tears easily.
After fitting, check that the display, brightness and touch function work across the whole surface before fully closing the device. If the battery is swollen, stop using the phone and do not puncture or bend it.
