Description
This pack contains ten compatible buzzer brackets for the iPhone X. The buzzer is the small speaker at the bottom of the device, which plays ringtones, alerts and notification sounds. When it is faulty, the sound can become quiet, crackly or absent, which affects calls and messages. This bracket is used to secure and hold the buzzer in the device chassis during replacement.
This is a compatible part made by a third party, not an original part. Before any work, switch off the iPhone and disconnect the battery to avoid any short circuit. Use an anti-static tool and work on a clean, well-lit surface. If the battery is swollen, stop using it and do not try to puncture or bend it.
After fitting, check that the buzzer is correctly positioned and that the screws are tightened without overdoing it. Reconnect the battery, switch the device back on and test the ringtones, notifications and the speaker during a call. If the sound remains abnormal, check the wiring again before concluding.
