Description
This compatible microphone replaces the microphone of your Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. It carries your voice during calls, voice messages and recordings. When it is faulty, the person you are speaking to may hear you poorly, or not at all, and recorded videos can sound muffled or silent.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables. Work on a clean, flat surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and use a suitable opening tool so you do not force the connectors. Avoid bending the ribbon cables and overheating the device. If the battery is swollen, stop using it.
Once the microphone is fitted, power the phone back on and check it by making a test call, recording a voice message and checking the video. If the battery was disconnected or replaced, run a few full charge cycles to stabilise its operation.
