Description
This compatible microphone replaces the microphone of your iPhone 17. It picks up your voice during calls, voice messages and videos. When it is faulty, the person you are speaking to may hear you poorly, or not at all, or your recordings sound muffled and noisy.
Before you start, switch the device off completely and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static mat if possible, and use suitable tools so you do not damage the connectors. Note the position of the screws and components to make reassembly easier.
After fitting, check the function by making a test call, recording a voice message and checking the audio quality in a video. Make sure the part is firmly seated and nothing is obstructing it. If the battery is swollen, do not use it and never puncture or bend it.
