Description
This microphone is a compatible part for the Google Pixel 7. It replaces the microphone built into the phone, the one that picks up your voice during calls, voice messages and video recordings. When it is faulty, the other person often can no longer hear you, your voice sounds muffled, or recordings are silent or distorted.
This part is made by a third-party manufacturer and is of the compatible type. Before fitting, switch off the smartphone completely, disconnect the battery if the procedure requires it, and work on a clean surface with an anti-static tool. Avoid forcing the ribbon cable connectors and do not bend the flexible cables. If the battery is swollen, do not touch it and stop using it.
Once the replacement is done, reassemble the device carefully, then test the microphone by making a call, recording a voice message and checking the video recording. Also make sure the ribbon cable is properly clipped in and that the device does not overheat abnormally during use.
