Description
The microphone is the component that picks up your voice during calls, voice messages and recordings. When it no longer works, the person you are calling can no longer hear you, or hears you very poorly, and the sound quality drops sharply.
This compatible part is intended for the Samsung A80 (A805, 2019). It lets you replace the faulty microphone in your device. It is suitable for fixing common sound pickup problems, such as a muffled voice, a crackling sound or a complete lack of voice transmission during a call.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your disassembly requires it. Work on a clean surface and use suitable tools so you do not damage the ribbon cables. After fitting, check the microphone by making a test call and recording a short voice message.
Tips
- Switch the phone off before any repair
- Use non-metal tools to open the device
- Avoid static electricity by working on a clean work surface
- Check the microphone with a test call and a voice recording
- Handle the ribbon cables carefully so you do not fold them
Fitting
Fitting guide: work with the device switched off, disconnect the battery before touching any flex cable, keep the screws in order and test the part before closing up. A question before ordering? Write to us.
