Description
This microphone is a compatible part designed for the TCL 30 SE. It replaces the microphone built into the device, the one that carries your voice during calls, voice messages and recordings. When it fails, your caller may hear crackling, a muffled voice, or nothing at all.
Before you start, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Work on a clean surface in a well-lit place, and use suitable tools so you do not damage the ribbon cables or connectors. Avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface before handling the components. Never force the clips and do not bend the ribbon cables.
Once the microphone is fitted, switch the device back on and test it with a call or a voice recording. Also check that background sound remains correct and that the cover or seal is properly refitted. If the battery was disconnected, run a few full charge cycles so the device returns to stable operation.
