Description
The Galaxy Tab 3 Lite (2014) display flex cable is a flexible cable that connects the screen panel to the device's motherboard. It carries the signals that show the image and allow touch input. When it is damaged, you often see a black screen, lines, or areas that no longer respond to touch.
This part is a compatible version made by a third-party manufacturer. It replaces the defective current part and is therefore an economical solution for a repair at home. Before you start, switch off the device, disconnect the battery and work on a clean surface. Avoid touching the connectors with your fingers and discharge static electricity.
When fitting, insert the connectors gently, without forcing them, then check the alignment before fixing the screws. After refitting, check the display, brightness and touch across several areas of the screen before closing the device completely.
Tips
- Disconnect the battery before touching the flex cables
- Never force the connectors when fitting
- Work on a clean surface and free of static electricity
- Test the screen and touch before closing the device
